Judith started selling peanut butter at a roadside stand after she received her first loan in November 2016. Within a few weeks she had to move her stand as she did not have a license to sell on the road. She then started a home delivery business as her customers liked her product. She faced increased competition as more women in her area started making and selling peanut butter. However, Judith worked hard and is on track with her repayments and saving a small amount each week. She is confident about her skills as she gained a lot of useful knowledge from the business training she received before she started her business. For 2018, her plan is to diversify into electrical appliances and flasks to supplement her current business. Judith is happy and grateful for an opportunity to own a business, so she can take better care of her family.
