Dear Power of Love Friend: Happy August!

Power of Love's micro loans program is committed to increasing the skill set of women living in resource poor communities. In the first six months of this year, 450 women received business training and our goal is to train an additional 300 women by December.

The women are natural entrepreneurs as equipped with business skills and loans they run successful businesses. In addition, they are rapid learners; they sell products and services that are new in their neighborhoods. As a result, these first time entrepreneurs are able to pay for necessities, keep children in school, and build assets (such as extending homes for rental income or purchasing plots for farming) for income stability. Their ability to change their life in a short span of time never fails to inspire us.

A small investment in the provision of business training goes a long way in growing entrepreneurs and leaders. Please donate generously so we can continue to increase skill levels in the community. Every dollar counts. And, as always, 100% of your donations go towards programs and no part is used for overheads.
