Dear Power of Love Friend: Happy July!

With your support, all 500 children enrolled in our pediatric HIV care program are stable or improving in health, well-adjusted to their HIV positive status, and 95% of school age children are in school. All children enrolled are growing up in difficult circumstances, each one has a unique story, and all are heroes. For example, 12 year old Tom, lives with his widowed grandma, brother, and three other family members. Tom’s grandmother's only source of income is payment "in kind" for odd jobs in her neighborhood. Their home does not have running water, and they can barely afford 1-2 meals per day. Before enrolling in our program, Tom was often sick and his growth was stunted. Since joining the program, Tom is growing normally, his health is much better, and his viral load is undetectable. He attends school regularly and his grandmother is happy.

Over the last 12 months, our focus has been to encourage all families to get vaccinated against COVID and keep safe from COVID and other diseases. Please donate generously so we can continue to keep children in school, and families stay healthy, and educated about HIV prevention and care. Every dollar counts. And, as always, 100% of your donations go towards programs and no part is used for overheads.
