Amritha is currently an Associate with McKinsey & Company in the Bay Area. She works primarily with healthcare and social sector clients to help develop their strategy and operations. Previously, Amritha was an Associate at Kingfish Group and a Graduate Research Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has also worked for the United States State Department and volunteered with non-profit organizations in the United States and India.

Amritha holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. She enjoys volunteering, reading, travel, cooking, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
