Hans is an energetic traveler originally from Johnson, NE. He volunteered with the Power of Love Foundation in the Summer and Fall 2012 and had a wonderful time playing with the children and making new friends. He is currently a Marketing and Finance student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Hans spent a semester abroad attending the University of Cape Town and working with the non-profit SASDI (Southern Africa Sustainable Development Initiative) in 2011.

During his academic career, Hans has excelled in both business and advertising fields. He hopes to pursue entrepreneurship when he graduates in May of 2013, as well as continue to travel -- hopefully returning to Lusaka, Zambia to meet up with friends he made while volunteering for Power of Love. Some of his passions are music and adventure, along with a love for helping others.
