Tapash is an internist and hospitalist who has been working at the Yuma Regional Medical Center since 2004. He graduated from Mymensingh Medical College, Bangladesh, and completed residency training at the Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati, Ohio. Tapash grew up in Bangladesh and immigrated to the US in 1995. He is married to Kanka Karmakar, a pediatrician working at the Samahan Health System in San Diego. They spend their time between Yuma, AZ and San Diego, CA.
